Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and need to cancel this order, please notify us immediately by responding back to this message or emailing us: pressedpapershophelp@gmail.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped and do not accept returns for refund at this time.

Shipping & Tracking

All items are handmade and made to order. Our processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks out from the day the order was placed (this may vary) please plan accordingly. You will not receive an update until your order has shipped as all items are handmade and made to order. Items ship through USPS or UPS and once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Pressedpaper is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. As soon as the package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of USPS and all claims must be filed through them- please keep this in mind before ordering.

International Shipping

International shipping is very unpredictable and we are not responsible for ANY delays, mishandling, returned packages etc. We do not charge customs fees and are not responsible for any extra charges packages may accrue when being shipped internationally. Please check your local/regional policies for customs fees. If your package does get returned to sender for any reason, the customer may request the package be reshipped to the delivery address, fees may apply. 

Returns/Size Exchange

In the event that you need to make a return, please email us pressedpapershophelp@gmail.com and instructions will be provided. Please allow a few business days to receive a reply. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, kindly send a follow-up email to move your message to the top of our inbox.

Pressedpaper does not offer refunds for returns, only size exchanges. Items must be unworn and damage free. Once your item is received it takes us up to 2-3 weeks (our processing time) to process the exchange. We reserve the right to decline size exchanges if the item is damaged or worn- the customer will be responsible for postage of the item back.
