SHIPPING
All items are handmade and made to order. Our processing time is approximately 3-4 weeks out from the day the order was placed (this may vary) please plan accordingly. Items ship through USPS/UPS and once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We recommend tracking with the “Shop” app.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Pressedpaper is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. As soon as the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS/UPS and all claims must be filed through them.
We do not charge customs fees and are not responsible for any charges packages may accrue when transported internationally. If a package is “returned to sender” for any reason (including late customs pickup or wrong address), PressedPaper is not required to ship it back out. Additional charges may be required to do so.
All shipping prices are set by USPS/UPS based on weight and distance traveled. We do not make any profit from shipping.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
In the event that you need to make a return, email us at pressedpapershophelp@gmail.com, and instructions will be provided. Pressedpaper does not offer refunds for returns, only size exchanges. Items must be unworn and damage-free. Once your item is received it takes us up to 3-4 weeks (our processing time) to process the exchange.

Everything is Handmade!
Every item in our shop is handmade by us in our printing studio. Each order is also made-to-order which means we don't keep stock. While this increases our production time, it's worth it to us to spend a little more time custom building each order to perfection.

so so cute and so comfortable. i have bad sensory issues so i usually hate the insides of hoodies but the inside is actually super soft and it’s not too heavy at all. i loveee it so much
I love this zip up so much!! I usually get a medium in hoodies for the perfect amount of oversized, but after reading the reviews i got a large and i’m glad i did! it’s so soft on the inside and the perfect weight! it shipped fast. highly recommend!

I’ve had this jacket for like a year and the paint hasn’t faded and still looks amazing. The details on the jacket are perfect. The inside of the jacket is super soft and it doesn’t pill at all. One of my favorites. I got it in a size large so it’s nice and oversized. Perfect and I love this store.
